Putting a ring on it is an expression that the women are of great value and the ring is a symbol and a covenant of everlasting loving relationship between a man and a woman. Every woman desire to be loved and valued. This painting is saying to all those players and Casanovas that like to abuse and use women to step aside if they are not ready to commit and to let the real men in; to treat women with a Tender Loving Care that all women deserve.
